Shanghai Liancheng Group’s submersible axial flow pump is a new generation of high-efficiency and high-reliability axial flow pump station launched on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technologies of similar products at home and abroad, combined with our company’s many years of design experience.
This system is widely used in farmland irrigation and drought resistance and drainage, urban flood control, water supply to water plants, sewage lifting, discharge, process water and raw water supply, water diversion projects, etc.
Structural characteristics and technical advantages
1、The integrated structure of the machine and pump, with shaft installation, is easy to install and maintain, and saves infrastructure; investment
2、Potential underwater operation reduces ground civil engineering and construction costs, saves the cost of pump stations, and has good motor cooling conditions, low noise, and no noise pollution to the environment;
3、Adopt two or three sets of independent high-quality mechanical seals with good sealing and high reliability;
4、Anti-rotation device is set to prevent the unit from rotating in the opposite direction as a whole due to the reaction torque of the motor starting torque (reaction torque of water) at the moment of unit startup;
5、The bearing adopts heavy-duty rolling bearings, which can withstand all radial and axial loads, have low friction resistance, and are completely separated from the medium transported by the pump, and have stable operation and high reliability;
6、Adopt high-performance squirrel cage induction motor, which meets GB755 standards, has excellent cooling conditions, insulation grade F, and a maximum operating temperature of 1550C; protection grade IP68; 380V, 660V, 6kV, can be used according to different shaft powers 10kV and other voltage levels; two VPI insulation processes are used for high-voltage motors to ensure insulation;
7、It has multiple protection devices such as overload, phase loss, leakage, overtemperature (bearing, motor), humidity, and water inlet protection, which can lead the signal to the electric control cabinet for effective monitoring;
8、The impeller design adopts the most advanced hydraulic model at present, with excellent, stable and mature performance. The design selects a smaller nD value and has good anti-cavitation performance, ensuring smooth operation, low noise and low vibration.
